Casa Esperanza SJDS

Casa Esperanza SJDS is located in the La Talanguera area, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the town’s main attractions. A big patio with plenty of chairs and a barbecue can be found on the lower level. The plunge pool is located down the stairs from the patio. The view from the upstairs balcony of the surrounding environment, including the main beach in front of the town, is spectacular. This balcony features a small seating space and is accessible from both bedrooms. The air-conditioned, two-story condo includes two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom and shower, as well as access to the balcony.

A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a nice living room with internet and Netflix, as well as a two-piece bathroom, are located downstairs. In addition, you get exclusive use of the entire condo unit. There are four other condominiums in the building, and the plunge pool and laundry facilities are shared. The parking lot gates are locked at night, and a security guard is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The property manager is in charge of the entire complex of five units. Please note that due to the high cost of electricity in Nicaragua, they only allow 25 kw/H each day. You will be charged for additional consumption at the time of check-out. By just operating the air conditioning units when you are in the rooms, you can regulate your electricity usage. There are three air conditioning units in each bedroom and one larger unit on the main level, all of which may be controlled separately. When you’re not in the bedrooms, turn off the bedroom units, and if everyone is sleeping upstairs, turn off the main floor unit. Turn off all air conditioning systems as you leave the unit.

On the northern end of San Juan del Sur Beach, you’ll find the La Talanguera area (Playa San Juan del Sur.) To go to the beach from the unit, it’s only a 3-block walk. A 10-minute walk along the beach will bring you into town, where you will find the majority of the restaurants and bars. It’s close enough to get there but far enough away from the city’s madness! If you return late at night, plenty of cabs are available to drive you right to the property’s gate. You may go up the hill to observe panoramic views of San Juan del Sur Bay and the surrounding areas from the Christ of Mercy Statue, located in the neighbourhood!

Playa Coco Townhomes
